Tuesday - Workshops
Breakfast - 8:00 - NF, DF, V, GF (muffin add-on) True Canadian Breakfast: scrambled eggs, beef sausages, smoked bacon, sautéed mushrooms, potato tots with cheddar, fruit & berry platters, yogurts, muffins/croissants/danishes, juice & coffee. Add-ons: GF muffins, steel-cut oatmeal.
Morning Break - 10:15 - NF, DF, V, GF (all items) Energize and Motivate: seasonal whole fruits, date/oats/dark chocolate energy balls, crispy root vegetable chips & dips, Greenhouse energy shots. Lunch - 12:00 - NF, DF, V, GF, Halal (branzino) Little Italy: Tuscan tomato & garlic soup, focaccia, panzanella & bean salads, antipasto vegetables, salami, braised lamb meatballs, grilled chicken spiedini, pesto-baked branzino, creste di gallo pasta, rosemary fingerlings; tiramisu, lemon ricotta cannoli, salted caramel chocolate tart. Breakfast - 8:00 - NF, DF, V, GF, Halal (chicken sausage) The Island Sunrise: organic egg/leek/mushroom frittata with Boursin, mini blueberry pancakes with maple syrup, smoked side bacon, chicken & sage sausages, potato tots, fruit & berry platters, yogurts, muffins/croissants/danishes.
Morning Break - 10:15 - NF, DF, V, GF (most). Halal: not tagged Inspire + Activate: organic stone-ground tortilla chips, warm spinach & artichoke asiago dip, fresh blueberries, dark chocolate hazelnut churros, Greenhouse smoothies & cold-pressed juices.
Lunch - 12:00 - NF, DF, V, GF, Halal (chicken) Food for Life: Fred's bread rolls, coconut carrot ginger soup, mixed-green salad with kombucha vinaigrette, roasted root vegetable salad, quinoa & butternut squash salad, baked salmon with citrus velouté, roasted Angleton chicken, oven-roasted brussels & sunchokes, wild mushroom rice pilaf; coconut mousse dome, fresh fruit kababs.

Breakfast - 8:00 - NF, DF, V, GF, Halal (chicken sausage) True Canadian Breakfast (eggs, bacon, chicken sausages, mushrooms, potato tots, yogurts, fruit, baked goods) PLUS Avocado Toast Station with poached eggs, smoked salmon, Peruvian peppers, tomato, goat cheese, basil pesto, multigrain sourdough. GF bread on side (~2 ppl).
Morning Breaks - NF, DF, V, GF, Westin Juicery — three flavours of bottled juice/smoothies (vegan, vegetarian). Mini sun-dried tomato & olive savoury danish; mini spinach & parmesan savoury danish.
Lunch buffet - 12:40 - NF, DF, V, GF. Halal: not tagged Kensington Latin Market: chicken & tortilla soup, three-bean & pineapple salad, quinoa salad, barbacoa pulled short rib, chipotle-mango cod, roasted yam & corn empanadas, black bean rice pilaf, guacamole/salsa fresca/sour cream; mini dulce de leche tart, coconut alfajores.

NDC Party - 18:40 - NF, DF, V, GF, Halal (butter chicken) Passed canapés: Aburi sushi, beef tartare tartelette, vegetable samosas, vegan salad rolls. Stations: Slider Bar (beef, hoisin pulled pork bao, K-town chicken); Poutine Station (Montreal brisket + butter chicken); crudité; Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Sundae; Cheese & Charcuterie. Full host bar + specialty cocktail bar (Gin Mule, Aperol Spritz, mocktails).
Friday - Conference
